Job Summary
Plant Director responsible for the commissioning, start-up, and ongoing operations of a new Clean Ammonia facility. Lead safety, quality, and environmental sustainability initiatives, develop and execute the plant's strategic vision, manage budget and assets, build and lead a high-performing team, and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, regulators, and senior management. Requires a chemical engineering degree and 10+ years of chemical-industry leadership with experience in commissioning and operations of greenfield/brownfield projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the chemical industry with experience in commissioning, start-up, and operations of greenfield or brownfield projects
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of ammonia production processes and safety systems
- Commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and quality assurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Regulatory compliance and risk management
