Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree: Engineering, Chemistry or Manufacturing
- 10+ years experience with minimal of 5 years in a leadership role at Food or Beverage manufacturing facility
- Demonstrated leadership excellence with ability to strengthen operational capability through process-discipline-mindset and credible impact
- Commitment to operational excellence and cost-effective agility
- Strong commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership experience
- Ability to engage with customers and suppliers at strategic levels
- Experience delivering major capital investment activities
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations best practices across supply chain, technical, engineering & finance
- Strategic thinking and change-agent mindset
- Publicly stated qualifications or track record aligned with senior leadership roles
