Job Summary
Plant Director responsible for all day-to-day plant operations with full operational accountability, driving safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance. Lead cross-functional teams, partner with site and corporate leadership to execute operational strategy, and oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability. Drive continuous improvement, change management, and culture-building within a large manufacturing operation. Travel approximately 10–20% for the role; full-time onsite leadership with a focus on leadership development and delivering long-term business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Prior plant leadership experience with full operational accountability
- Strong experience managing safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance
- Experience in process manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong business acumen and continuous improvement mindset
