Job Summary
Coordinate daily plant operations, production planning, and inventory management while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Manage shipping, receiving, staging, and asset tracking for materials including tanks, railcars, and ISO containers. Lead inventory counts, maintain operational records, and support Management of Change (MOC) activities to ensure consistency. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines by developing standard operating procedures and supporting employee training programs. Assist with preventive maintenance, equipment monitoring, and environmental safety initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to manufacturing operations and logistics at TriEst Ag Group's Greenville facility, ideal for someone seeking to improve efficiency and support operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Agriculture, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or experience coordinating or leading activities within a manufacturing or industrial facility
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, industrial operations, or a related environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
- Experience working with inventory, logistics, operations, quality, maintenance, or process improvement activities
- Ability to obtain forklift certification and safely operate equipment as required
