Job Summary
Lead all plant financial activities, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for Baxter's Mountain Home facility. Ensure full compliance with GAAP, SOX, and Baxter financial policies while maintaining ownership of the plant's P&L and balance sheet. Provide timely reporting of financial performance and partner with operations to drive improvements in manufacturing variances, operating income, and capital investments. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop the financial acumen of both finance and non-finance team members. Collaborate with FP&A COE and global partners to standardize and modernize financial processes. This onsite role sits on the site's Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Finance Director - Integrated Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 5–7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance
- Strong background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis
- Proven ability to identify, lead, and implement change in a complex environment
- Strong communication skills with experience influencing at all levels of an organization
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed structure with indirect reporting relationships

Desired Qualifications
