Job Summary
Plant Controller for Baxter’s Aibonito, PR plant responsible for end-to-end financial leadership across operations and supply chain. Serves as CFO for the plant, overseeing GAAP, SOX compliance, financial reporting (month-end close, forecasts, long-range planning), and performance management to maximize plant performance and drive profitable growth. Partners with FP&A COE, FPO, BBS, and Global ISC to standardize processes, deliver actionable insights, and coach both finance and non-finance teams. Brings 7+ years in manufacturing/supply chain finance, a Bachelor’s in finance or accounting (MBA preferred), and a track record in cost management, budgeting, capital analysis, and Lean concepts to enable continuous improvement and financial accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance
- Strong background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis
- Experience communicating effectively at all levels in formal and informal settings
- Experience with Lean concepts and tools is preferred
