Job Summary
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales order entry, invoicing, cash management, journal entries, payroll accruals, and shipping documentation. Oversee creation and processing of shipping documentation, review and supervise sales order entry into Sage, and lead invoicing processes to ensure timely billing and accurate recording of shipping costs. Serve as a key point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders on transactional issues, while providing strategic support to the CFO and accounting team through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements. Monitor cash flow, allocate funds appropriately, and reconcile carrier-related cash entries to meet liquidity needs. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and confidentiality standards while maintaining audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
