Job Summary
Conduct annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the Parsons, WV manufacturing facility. Analyze plant performance to provide actionable recommendations for improving operational and financial results. Oversee financial statements, reports, and business metrics while establishing and improving accounting policies and internal controls. Manage inventory management processes and lead administrative functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to identify cost savings and support internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive accounting, finance, controllership, or plant finance experience
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end close processes
- Strong understanding of internal controls, inventory management, and financial compliance
- Experience supporting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Proven ability to build partnerships and influence decision-making across multiple functions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments
- SAP experience
