Job Summary
Plant Controller with leadership oversight of the plant's finance function, driving month-end close, costing (BOMs, standard costing, inventory valuation, COGS), profitability analysis, and variance monitoring. Partners with Operations to improve efficiencies, supports pricing strategies and KPI reporting, manages CapEx tracking and budgeting, contributes to ERP optimization and system/process improvements, participates in S&OP and labor/overhead modeling, and supports audit processes and internal controls in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation required
- 5+ years of experience within manufacturing/plant finance environments
- Strong experience with costing, inventory management, pricing analysis, and KPI reporting
- Experience working with mid-to-large ERP systems; ERP implementation experience is considered a strong asset
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Operations and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working within a growing and evolving organization
- Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred
Desired Qualifications
