Job Summary

Lead the plant's financial management by providing strategic oversight of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow to support operational and financial performance. Direct the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and financial planning processes to align plant objectives with enterprise priorities. Lead the monthly financial close process and communicate timely, accurate financial results and performance insights to plant leadership. Partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. Provide financial analysis and recommendations that improve profitability, productivity, and overall business performance. Lead standard costing, manufacturing cost analysis, and variance reporting to improve operational efficiency and cost performance. Maintain a strong internal control environment supporting financial integrity, inventory, fixed assets, procurement, and compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), corporate financial policies, and accounting standards. Lead responses to internal and external audit activities and drive timely resolution of audit findings. Lead, coach, and develop plant finance team members to strengthen organizational capability and financial stewardship.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 6+ of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience, including manufacturing finance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and internal controls
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of internal controls, financial governance, and accounting principles
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and translate insights into business recommendations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams, build collaborative partnerships, and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
