Job Summary
Plant Controller responsible for monitoring weekly performance indicators, analyzing productivity projects, managing cost accounting, collaborating on budgets and forecasts, strengthening financial controls, overseeing internal controls and audits, reviewing monthly reconciliations, using SAP for data analysis, and creating/maintaining SOPs to drive continuous improvement; collaborates with plant departments and manages local procurement; leads special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Management experience
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and resilient
