Plant Controller - Profitable Plant -

Manage financial functions including cost and general accounting activities, product costing, capacity planning, and time studies. Analyze operation cost variances across Sales, Direct Labor, Indirect Labor, depreciation, and overhead categories while maintaining and improving accounting systems. Supervise senior staff, oversee payroll, and prepare daily JPH reports and monthly financials such as flash forecasts, income statements, and balance sheets. Execute yearly budget preparation, audit binder management, and intercompany reconciliations. Interact with plant managers, engineers, and customers on pricing, purchase orders, and accounts receivable issues.
