Job Summary
Oversee all plant accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP; establish and maintain internal controls; support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with Corporate Controller; ensure tax/regulatory filings (including ESG) for the plant; supervise plant accounting team and mentor staff; manage inventory valuation, manufacturing costs, and COGS in collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams; drive governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to corporate policies while promoting integrity and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant financial experience
- Technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, and proper control requirements
