Plant Controller (Owosso, MI)

Plant Controller in Owosso, MI leads the facility's financial reporting, cost management, and margin optimization, partnering with shop-floor operations, sales, and corporate to drive profitability and maintain strong internal controls. Responsibilities include leading month-end close and GAAP-compliant financial reporting, general ledger oversight, budgeting and rolling forecasts, capital expenditure management, standard cost management, variance and margin analyses, inventory control, and cross-functional cost control with Operations and Supply Chain. Strategic duties involve providing pricing/support insights, translating sales forecasts into cost implications, KPI alignment, and advisory support to the Plant Manager.
