Job Summary
Lead Finance Analyst for Plant Controller role at JLG (Oshkosh). Primary duties include providing accounting and finance services, performing general accounting and reconciliations, preparing financial statements and analysis, leading monthly analyses, forecasting, and annual budgeting for assigned areas; driving the monthly close process, supporting Make vs. Buy decisions, and enhancing profitability through cost efficiency and pricing opportunities. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and at least six years of relevant experience; travel up to 10%.
