Job Summary
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close in accordance with GAAP while maintaining full income statement and balance sheet responsibility for the facility. Provide daily and weekly financial reporting on production and spending metrics to plant leadership and deliver operational analysis to stakeholders. Manage inventory controls, including cycle counts and obsolescence monitoring, and analyze production variances to identify cost reduction opportunities. Prepare ad hoc financial reports and lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process, comparing actual performance against targets. Track fixed assets, support audits, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, a CPA preferred, and proficiency in Oracle JDE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 or more years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- CPA
- Experience in CPG operational accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ERP experience
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
