Plant Controller

Monitor key metrics such as gross margin, cost per pound, and labor efficiency to drive plant profitability and identify operational risks. Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, customer invoicing, supplier settlements, and month-end close while maintaining accurate fixed asset records. Develop weekly and monthly KPI reports, review purchasing activity through Procurify, and support forecasting and budget planning with department leaders. Serve as the primary financial liaison between the facility and Corporate Controller to ensure timely consolidation and accurate reporting.
