Job Summary
Own plant controlling for the production site by analyzing budget deviations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and deriving actionable measures to improve performance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning processes while monitoring production and financial KPIs to drive operational and financial performance. Collaborate with Production and Logistics to analyze cost structures and efficiency potentials across the value chain, contributing ideas for optimizing and automating controlling processes. Requires several years of experience in plant or production controlling with expertise in cost accounting and SAP. Full-time role in Germany with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in plant, production, or supply chain controlling within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Cost accounting expertise
- Product costing expertise
- Financial management of a production site
- Confident user of SAP
- Confident user of Excel
