Plant Controller

Direct the preparation and approval of plant business plans, budgets, and forecasts while providing financial leadership to plant management. Drive CNHI Business System profit improvement activities, lead capital expenditure approvals, and ensure accurate product cost development and tracking. Establish internal controls for inventory and fixed assets, coordinate with internal and external audits, and propose improvement actions based on variance analysis. Attract and develop financial talent to support the plant manager and local operational management. This role is based in Goodfield, IL, requiring onsite presence five days a week, and reports to the Regional Manufacturing Controller.
