Job Summary
Provide financial analysis and guidance for the General Manager and leadership team at the site. Oversee plant inventory controls, month-end reporting, and count reconciliations while preparing weekly payroll journal entries. Manage manufacturing accounting processes to ensure timely month-end closes, interpret data analytics for business decisions, and lead senior staff accountants. Act as the point of contact for external auditors and collaborate with other plant accounting teams. Review AP/AR transactions, maintain secure control of accounting documents, and actively participate in cost avoidance and reduction efforts. Complete timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis within a deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of financial analysis and leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop new ideas and solutions
- Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Complete the timely and accurate completion of month-end, year-end and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis
- Comply with all safety and quality policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct
- Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop new ideas and solutions
- Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Complete the timely and accurate completion of month-end, year-end and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis
- Comply with all safety and quality policies and procedures

Desired Qualifications
- SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred
- CPA or MBA preferred
