Job Summary
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting, and financial planning processes for two manufacturing entities. Prepare accurate financial reports, complete monthly closing, and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and cost optimization opportunities. Monitor inventory levels, production efficiency, and wastage while reviewing cost center reports with managers monthly. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, develop cash flow forecasts, and ensure compliance with tax filings and internal controls. Provide mentorship to finance staff and collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to streamline processes. Present key performance indicators to senior management and support external auditors for annual audits.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial modeling
