Plant Controller

Partner with plant managers for two locations to lead all financial activities, including cost and general accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management. Develop and maintain in-house financial systems to track, control, and disseminate data for identifying risks and opportunities. Manage one cost accountant and direct management information personnel while monitoring internal SOX control processes. Coordinate annual forecasts and budgets, providing variance analysis to leadership. Develop standard costs for new items, perform feasibility studies, and execute productivity projects. Maintain and update standard product costs for all manufactured facilities.
