Job Summary
Lead the management, reporting, and planning of the Avon Plant's financial and accounting activities by overseeing budgeting, financial analysis, and the monthly close process within SAP. Drive plant productivity through cost forecasting, productivity pipeline analysis, and key performance metric insights focused on cost reduction and operating efficiencies. Ensure financial record integrity and asset safeguarding while managing internal and external audits, maintaining financial standards, and leading the plant's financial team. Present manufacturing operation results, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Business or Accounting/Finance
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations, product costing, and systems
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Management
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Orientation towards details and result driven; proactive and self-starter
- Extensive practical systems knowledge (SAP/Other Costing Systems, advanced Excel)
- Demonstrated Project and Change Management abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Professional accounting designation CPA, CMA, CGA and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance
