Job Summary
Plant Controller to provide financial leadership at the plant level, ensuring compliance with internal control systems while driving cost efficiency, profitability, and operational performance. This role acts as a strategic partner for the plant and operations leadership, supporting operations through cost analysis, financial reporting, and business decision-making. Key duties include cost analysis, month-end closing, and collaboration with production and supply chain teams; requires strong cost accounting knowledge, GAAP, and experience with SAP S4/Hana, Hyperion, and advanced Excel; fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in plant finance and cost accounting
- Proven experience in cost analysis, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes
- Experience working closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams
- Exposure to profitability improvement initiatives (EBIT optimization)
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and GAAP principles
- Variance analysis (standard vs. actual costs) and cost control
- Inventory management and production cost tracking
- Financial reporting (P&L, efficiency reports, cost/kg, sales analysis)
- Forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- SAP S4/Hana
- Hyperion
- Advanced Excel
- Fluent English
