Job Summary
Plant Controller role overseeing accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control development for the Houston plant. Responsibilities include establishing internal controls, presenting financial reporting and risk analyses to senior management, overseeing consolidated financial statements and tax compliance schedules, analyzing business trends, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, developing profit and loss metrics to drive KPIs, managing capital expenditure approvals, and delivering accurate financial forecasts and analytics to support business decisions. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years of accounting experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office; occasional field travel expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in financing, accounting, economics or business administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or similar function
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
