Plant Controller (59728)

Plant Controller serves as the primary financial leader and business partner for the manufacturing facility, providing GAAP-compliant accounting governance, overseeing month-end/year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, cost accounting, inventory valuation, capital expenditures, budgeting/forecasts, and financial reporting. Partners with Plant GM and leadership to deliver operational insights, drive process improvements, manage internal controls, coordinate audits, and support strategic decision-making. Collaborates with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to monitor capital projects and ensure accurate project accounting; requires strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; JD Edwards and Hubble experience is preferred. CPA or MBA is preferred. Location is Pryor, OK (on-site).
