Job Summary
Plant Control Specialist II responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining central plant HVAC equipment (boilers, chillers, pumps), installing/calibrating BAS components, troubleshooting BAS, optimizing BAS performance, collaborating with trades, and maintaining system documentation and training records. Requires certifications and experience in HVAC systems, plus a minimum of 3 years as a Central Plant Operator. Location is Blackstone, VA (FASTC) with onsite responsibilities.
