Job Summary
As an Education Champion tutor in Hillsborough County, provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects (Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science) and Regents exam prep to elementary, middle, and high school students. Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies, working 10-35 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Roles include in-person programs (Plant City, FL) and potential virtual program participation. Partners with ongoing training, a supportive community focused on education equity, and a program completion bonus of up to 10% of total program earnings. A degree-seeking student or graduate with at least a 3.0 GPA in Education or a related field is preferred.
