Job Summary
Troubleshoot quality issues in process and after batches to determine root causes and correction actions. Design and establish mixing, compounding, and plant instrumentation capabilities while coordinating process improvement activities. Lead new product processing development and introduce RCH/RCR technology to key market segments. Conduct trials, submit Lab Test Requests to assist Product Management and Procurement with raw material approvals, and establish parameters for new products. Attend morning production/scheduling meetings as an active participant. Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of relevant experience required.
