Job Summary
Visit customer sites daily to provide plant care by grooming, rotating, watering, pruning, removing debris, and fertilizing as needed. Ensure plants and display containers remain clean and disease-free while preventing water damage to surrounding floors and furniture. Maintain scenting and air purification equipment, assist with plantscape and holiday decoration installations, and communicate additional product needs to grow the business. Drive a service van/truck in urban and rural settings, safely climb ladders, and use sharp objects like pruners. Work Monday through Saturday as required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Customer-facing experience
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work on ladders
- Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
