Job Summary

Visit customer sites daily to provide plant care by grooming, rotating, watering, pruning, trimming, removing debris, gauging soil moisture, and fertilizing as needed. Prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, and furniture from water or moisture while maintaining clean, disease-free plants and display containers. Apply trained techniques for water application based on lighting and plant requirements, recognize additional product needs, and assist with plantscape and holiday decoration installations. Regularly drive a service van/truck in urban and rural settings, safely climb ladders, and maintain scenting and air purification equipment. Requires valid driver's license, availability for Monday through Saturday hours, and experience with pruners and sharp objects.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license from state of residence
Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to safely climb ladders and work on ladders
Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects
Customer-facing experience
Ability to agree to receive initial texts from systems used on behalf of Rentokil North America, Inc., possibly including Workday, Loop, and HireVue

Experience with maintaining appearance of top dressing and other ornamental elements
Experience with recognizing and communicating additional Ambius product needs
