Job Summary
Visit customer sites daily to perform trained plant care tasks including grooming, watering, pruning, and fertilizing. Maintain plant health by removing debris, gauging soil moisture, and preventing disease or insect infestation. Ensure display containers stay clean and protect surrounding floors, walls, and furniture from moisture damage. Drive a service van in urban and rural settings while safely climbing ladders to assist with plantscape and holiday decoration installations. Communicate product needs to grow the business and maintain scenting equipment. Requires valid driver's license, ability to mix products per labels, and experience with sharp tools. Full-time Monday through Saturday availability with base pay ranging from $17.00 to $25.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Experience caring for plants preferred
