Job Summary
Plant Care Technician handles crop care including transplanting, potting, de-leafing, pruning, and pinching plants; mixes and amends soil; installs and adjusts trellis for cannabis growth; monitors the health of the plants; maintains the production area through general housekeeping; cleans and sanitizes equipment per Health Canada standards; organizes and maintains materials and restocks supplies; prepares reports and general documentation; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

- Effortlessly takes direction and follows through on tasks
- Capable of working both independently and on a team
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fall arrest training would be considered an asset
