Job Summary
Plant Associate (WMHS) responsible for unloading waste from incoming vehicles, decontaminating vehicles, staging waste for scanning and processing in the Biotrack system, and operating tub wash and decontamination processes. Requires safe, productive performance in a plant environment with duties including loading autoclave bins, inspecting tubs, ensuring floor cleanliness, and maintaining compliance with health and safety directives. Eligible for benefits such as annual education assistance, medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, and paid time off. Shift is swing, with a rotating schedule around 5:40pm–5:40am and 5:40am–5:40pm, with 3.5 days on/off and a 6-times-per-year rotation; recognized as a full-time role located in Haw River, NC.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience, preferably in plant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand and follow health and safety directives and performance and conduct standards, policies and procedures that apply to the role and location.
