Plant and Equipment Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate plant and equipment servicing, repairs, breakdowns, calibrations, and inspections while carrying out minor repairs and servicing. Manage the dispatch and receipt of hire equipment, including pre- and post-hire inspections and arranging rectification works. Facilitate the movement of plant and equipment to and between sites, ensuring delivery within required timeframes. Maintain plant and equipment records, complete data entry, and keep internal systems up to date. Load and unload trucks, clean and prepare equipment for hire, complete stocktakes, and store materials to ensure the yard remains clean, organized, and well-maintained. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence working with tools and equipment
- Current C Class Driver Licence
- Good computer skills and the ability to accurately maintain records
- Construction Industry White Card, or willingness to obtain one
Desired Qualifications
- First Aid Certificate, advantageous but not essential
- HR Licence, advantageous but not essential
- High Risk Work Licence, LF Forklift, advantageous but not essential
- High Risk Work Licence, DG Dogging, advantageous but not essential
- Other relevant plant licences, tickets or competencies
