Job Summary
Create reports and project statements covering owner cost responsibility, project status, and contractual adherence. Provide desk-side IT support for site staff, including setting up Windows profiles, email settings, and printer access, while interfacing with Helpdesk on network and server issues. Administer SAP systems for financial reporting, requisitions, purchase orders, time entry, and maintenance management. Execute spare parts inventory responsibilities, process daily work orders, and manage purchasing and receiving activities. Monitor weather conditions impacting operations, analyze financial data, and prepare monthly expense reports for the plant manager. Coordinate meetings, schedule training, process invoices, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable administrative role
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- ability to set up MS Windows profiles
