Plant Accountant

Plant Accountant at Sealed Air supports monthly financial close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting for manufacturing operations. Based in Monterrey, MX with primary responsibility for the Madera, CA site and collaboration across multiple sites, the role involves analyzing manufacturing costs, variances, inventory activity, and other operational drivers; identifying cost-saving opportunities; and ensuring accurate accounting and reporting. The position emphasizes partnering with plant managers and operations teams, maintaining internal controls, and supporting forecasting and budgeting. Strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP preferred) and clear communication with non-finance stakeholders are important.
