Plant Accountant - Manufacturing

Job Summary
Senior Plant Accountant maintains strong financial controls and serves as a key member of the accounting team in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include cash management, bank reconciliations, and processing accounts payable/receivable; preparing and analyzing monthly statements, budgets, and variance reports; supporting annual audits and tax processes; managing fixed asset records and depreciation; collaborating with the Controller to interpret and communicate financial results; and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience (CPA preferred), strong GAAP and cost accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software (CMS), and excellent Excel/Word skills along with analytical and communication abilities.
