Job Summary
Oversee the daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlog and maintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, and test procedures. Assist in hiring decisions and personnel assignments, including evaluations and performance reviews, while conducting training for assigned staff and maintaining safety of the work area according to company requirements. This supervisory role requires a high school diploma, 2-4 years of production experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience. The position involves working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with minimal physical demands in an office setting.
