Job Summary
EnerSys is seeking a Plant 1 Team Lead, Sub Assembly for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu) with a 9:50pm–6:20am schedule to directly oversee a designated production area. Responsibilities include daily schedule management for production lines, assisting in hiring decisions and personnel assignments, maintaining product quality, conducting training, and ensuring workplace safety. The role requires supervisory experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; the position is office-based with equal employment opportunities for all applicants.
Required Qualifications
- This position contains supervisory responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years related experience in production field
- 1-year supervisory experience
