Job Summary
Operate and start up production equipment to assemble products in a plant/warehouse environment. Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as necessary; visually inspect materials for defects; control scrap; record production counts; maintain daily housekeeping. Follow ISO, environmental, and safety procedures; wear required PPE and respirator; use hand/power tools to construct/manufacture products; pack and secure materials for transport; collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime; work as part of a production team to meet targets; may work overtime and varying night schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to do basic math (subtract, multiply, divide, percentages)
- Ability to read, write, and understand and interpret instructions
