Job Summary
Process participant and client transactions for Employee Equity Plans, including stock options, ESPP purchases, and related issuances. Execute daily proof settlement processing, disbursement processing, conversion requests, and incoming cash monitoring. Review and release client wires, process daily reporting and journal entries, and audit reports for compliance. Monitor issuance and disbursement rejects, reconcile incoming cash, and resolve aged items or out-of-proof conditions. Collaborate with internal departments and business partners to determine transaction dispositions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Financial Services background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advance level knowledge/use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be based in Montreal, Calgary, CA or Louisville KY office locations for a minimum of three days a week
- Must be able to work from home for some of your working week
- Must be able to work in-office and unable to continue an existing fully remote working arrangement
Desired Qualifications
- SQL Experience
- General knowledge of the Stock Transfer industry
