Job Summary
Oversee market and business development, client and government relations, and brand building for the Plano, Texas location and northern DFW Metroplex operations. Drive growth and vision for the geographic location by managing strategic planning, revenue, FTEs, and client programs for major infrastructure projects. Lead and coordinate Client Service Teams serving the Texas Department of Transportation, North Texas Tollway Authority, and municipal clients while ensuring 4for4 delivery and budget performance. Source, recruit, and retain talent; coach and mentor staff to support office goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for HNTB leadership in the region and assist with implementing the office group's strategic plan and operating budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or related field
- 12 years of practical experience
- 4 years of project and/or people management in a client facing role
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience as an HNTB Client Service Leader or Project Manager on Mega or Super Mega projects in the applicable geographic market
- Master's degree
- 15 years practical experience
- 6 years supervisory experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
