Job Summary
Supervise the full P&L and daily operations of a single fast-casual location, recruiting weekly, onboarding hires, and coaching team members to exceed guest expectations. Drive sales growth and control labor and food costs by analyzing reports, executing promotions, and optimizing staffing for peak traffic. Build a leadership bench of five shift leaders while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and flawless cash-handling procedures through daily operational checklists and facility walks. Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate maintenance for kitchen equipment and facilities. Manage correspondence from Operations leadership and RSC staff while modeling G.U.E.S.T. service standards. Work thirty-five to forty hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of restaurant leadership experience, including P&L responsibility
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in labor reporting, cost controls, and administrative systems
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber teams
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Basic PC skills (email, reporting, scheduling software); willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Food Safety Certification/Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for six + hours per day, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work thirty-five to forty hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
