Job Summary
The Squad Member is responsible for performing specific tasks related to Guest Service, Food Prep, Restaurant Cleanliness, and Teamwork in a fast-paced BBQ restaurant environment. Essential duties include greeting guests, processing orders, preparing menu items, ensuring a clean working area, and effectively communicating with team members and management. Required qualifications include a Current Food Handler Certification, the ability to work flexible hours, and physical capabilities for standing, bending, and lifting. Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction are crucial.
Required Qualifications
- Current Food Handler Certification
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend and stoop and lift 50 – 75 lbs. comfortably
- Ability to work in close quarters and around heat
- Positive attitude while conducting all duties
- Commitment to Guest Satisfaction
- Effective communicator with Squad Members and the Restaurant Management Squad
- Excellent Time Management Skills
