Job Summary
Planning Systems Leader responsible for Kinaxis Maestro system expertise across the global planning community, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance to end users; triage and address system defects; gather business needs for future enhancements; develop and maintain training materials and standard operating practices; drive adoption of new system capabilities and process improvements; collaborate with the Planning Centre of Excellence and IT teams across geographies to ensure alignment with global standards and governance; enable data-driven decision-making through standardized planning templates and end-to-end Kinaxis planning processes; onboard new users and promote continuous improvement in digital planning tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Desired Qualifications
- Kinaxis Maestro experience (contributor or author)
- ERP systems experience (e.g. JDE, SAP ECC or S/4)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in training and user adoption
- Global collaboration across supply chain and IT teams
- Experience with system implementation/change projects (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in planning tools and digital planning (Kinaxis)
