Job Summary
Planning Supervisor responsible for end-to-end Production Control and PMO processes in a FAR Part 145 Repair Station, leading labor planning, interpretation of technical data (AMM, SRM, IPC, CMM, ADs, SBs, EOs) and development of detailed work packages to ensure compliant, on-time maintenance plans. Collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure readiness of parts, tooling, and GSE; leverages EmpowerMX ERP to manage labor data, budgeting, and schedule adherence; drives capacity planning, KPI management, and continuous improvement while supervising teams, managing SOWs, and supporting customer communications and proposal efforts.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree Preferred
- A&P Certificate Preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in a similar role at a 145 Repair Station, MRO or in the Aerospace Industry
- Experience with contract negotiations & administration, team building and budgeting strongly preferred
- Proficient skills in aviation ERP system preferred – EmpowerMX
- Experience with Project Management software preferred - ClickUp
- Working experience with ISO9001/AS9100/AS9110
- LEAN/Continuous Improvement Experience
