Job Summary
Review customer work packages to plan checks, identify tooling requirements, and create Gantt charts for major milestones. Liaise with CAMOs, customers, manufacturers, and third parties for Part-145 support, including NDT and cleaning. Raise addendums in Tracking Plus, correct electronic record errors, and assist with daily status reporting. Participate in stakeholder meetings and promote safety culture through hazard reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Planning experience within a Part-145 and/or Part-M/CAMO environment
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable Part-145 and Part-M/CAMO requirements
- Knowledge of continuing airworthiness records systems (e.g, AMOS, OASES, Tracking Plus)
- Ability to interpret technical data
Desired Qualifications
- Technical records experience
- Technical knowledge representative of B737 and A320 family/types
- Knowledge of HF, EWIS, & FTS
- Planning & organisational skills
- Attention to detail / analytical
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Interpersonal skills / Team player and stakeholder (internal & external) liaison
