Job Summary
Planning & Purchasing Partner coordinates demand planning, purchasing activities, inventory management, and supplier engagement to ensure products and materials are available to meet business and customer requirements. Collaborates with operations, logistics, finance, project teams, and suppliers to maintain efficient supply chain performance and cost control. Responsibilities include reviewing stock levels, monitoring forecasts, coordinating inbound deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams, investigating variances, communicating material availability to project managers, and preparing purchasing/inventory reports.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, or demand planning
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
