Job Summary
Design and implement HR systems for evaluation, compensation, and career development while planning talent management programs that identify, develop, and retain key personnel. Execute recruitment strategies and productivity initiatives leveraging AI and data analysis to align organizational growth with business strategy. Serve as an HR partner to management officers by creating reports and proposing initiatives directly linked to the group's expansion goals. Operate within the start-up phase of the Organization Planning Section to build systems enabling both the company and employees to grow based on new strategic directions.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced Hire: Experience in HR planning at a business company, or project promotion experience at an HR consulting firm.
- Potential Hire: No prior experience required.
- Strong motivation to build a career in the HR domain
- English proficiency
- Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
